- 5 slices bread, buttered and diced into cubes
- 3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place buttered bread in bottom of 5 x 13-inch baking dish (pregreased).

2Pour egg and milk mixture over bread.

3Crumble bacon and cheese over this.

4Let refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
