- 9 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Cube meat, brown and drain.

2Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and bread.

3Stir in cheese and meat.

4Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5Before baking remove foil.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
