  • 7 slices bread, cubed
  • 34 lb ham, cubed
  • 12 lb Velveeta cheese or 12 lb other mild cheese, cubed
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 12 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

    Mix bread, ham, cheese in greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Beat eggs, mustard, milk and salt.
