- 6 eggs
- 1 c. Milnot
- 6 slices bread
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain well.

2Mix eggs and Milnot together. Tear bread into small pieces.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

7You may substitute sausage for cubed ham, bacon pieces or meat of your choice.
