- 6 slices firm white bread, crumbled
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine bread and cheese. Beat eggs and add to milk, salt and mustard.

2Pour over bread and cheese.

3Bake in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole for 1 1/4 hours in a 325° oven. Tastes best when made in advance and placed in oven 1 1/4 hours before serving.
