- 1 c. cooked ham, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Saute ham and onion in butter until tender.

2Add eggs and cook until eggs form large soft curls.

3When eggs are set, stir in cheese sauce and mushrooms.

4Spoon into casserole and top with bread crumbs.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
