  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 lb. bacon, diced and cooked
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed and soaked in milk

Directions

    Scramble eggs with a little milk; cook until almost done.

    Fold together all ingredients in a greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Can be assembled the night before.
