- 1 1/2 lb. bacon, diced and cooked
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices white bread, cubed and soaked in milk
Directions

1Scramble eggs with a little milk; cook until almost done.

2Fold together all ingredients in a greased casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
