- 2 c. croutons
- 1 pkg. large Smok-Y-Links
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Cut sausages into small slices.

2Layer croutons, sausages and cheese.

3Should make 2 layers in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

4Mix eggs, milk and mustard until foamy.

5Pour evenly over croutons, cheese and sausages.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes; if glass pan is used, 45 minutes.

8Great for brunch. Make the night before and bake in the morning.

9Serves 8 to 12.
