- 2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 12 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Spread cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan; dot cheese with butter. Combine half and half, salt, pepper and mustard.

2Pour 1/2 of mixture over cheese.

3Add slightly beaten eggs.

4Pour other 1/2 over mixture.

5Set in refrigerator overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
