  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 lb. Colby cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. oleo
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Crumble bread in a 9 X 13 pan. Beat eggs, mustard, salt & milk.

    Add cheese and pour over bread.

    Fry bacon and crumble over top.

    Melt oleo & pour over top of all.

    Can store in refrigerator until morning & then bake for 1 hour at 350°.
