- 6 slices bread
- 1/2 lb. Colby cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 lb. oleo
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Crumble bread in a 9 X 13 pan. Beat eggs, mustard, salt & milk.

2Add cheese and pour over bread.

3Fry bacon and crumble over top.

4Melt oleo & pour over top of all.

5Can store in refrigerator until morning & then bake for 1 hour at 350°.
