- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. milk, scalded (heat milk, but do not boil)
Directions

1Allow scalded milk to cool to warm; add to beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Pour into Pyrex cups and bake at 325° for 50 minutes in enough water in pan to come to top of cups.
