Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. milk, scalded (heat milk, but do not boil)

Directions

    Allow scalded milk to cool to warm; add to beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour into Pyrex cups and bake at 325° for 50 minutes in enough water in pan to come to top of cups.
