  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 or 3 c. milk
  • small amount of salt
  • Nutmeg and vanilla flavoring to taste

Directions

    Whip eggs.

    Add salt; then add sugar and flour.

    Sift nutmeg, add milk, flavoring, and butter last.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 250° until thick and well done.
