- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put eggs in mixer and beat well.

2Add all the other ingredients and continue beating.

3Mixture will look real bubbly. I beat mine at least 5 minutes.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until custard is not liquid in center when you shake it.

6Do not overcook or it will be watery.
