  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put eggs in mixer and beat well.

    Add all the other ingredients and continue beating.

    Mixture will look real bubbly. I beat mine at least 5 minutes.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until custard is not liquid in center when you shake it.

    Do not overcook or it will be watery.
