- 2 large or 3 small eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- pinch of salt
- 8-inch pie shell (if frozen, let shell soften before using)
Directions

1With egg beater or electric beater, beat eggs together until frothy; add 1/3 cup sugar.

2Beat until well mixed.

3Add milk, beat well again.

4Add vanilla and salt; beat well again about 1/2 minute.

5Pour into regular size pie shell.

6Bake in 350° oven approximately 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
