  • 2 large or 3 small eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • pinch of salt
  • 8-inch pie shell (if frozen, let shell soften before using)

Directions

    With egg beater or electric beater, beat eggs together until frothy; add 1/3 cup sugar.

    Beat until well mixed.

    Add milk, beat well again.

    Add vanilla and salt; beat well again about 1/2 minute.

    Pour into regular size pie shell.

    Bake in 350° oven approximately 30 minutes or until filling is firm.
