  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Beat eggs lightly.

    Add sugar and salt. Blend well.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Then reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
