- 3 to 6 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can Carnation milk
- yellow food coloring
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice (I use from the bottle)
- 2 packets honey graham crackers
Directions

1Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.

2Dissolve sugar in it.

3Put in refrigerator or freezer to almost set.

4Then put the can of Carnation milk in your mixer and whip.

5Slowly add the Jell-O mixture to the whipping cream.

6Then add a few drops of yellow food coloring and lemon juice.
