Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. coconut (optional)

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Mix sugar and flour together.

    Pour in margarine and stir.

    Add milk, vanilla and beaten eggs and stir. (Stir in coconut, if desired.)

    Pour into greased and floured baking dish (9 x 11-inch) and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
