- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. coconut (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Mix sugar and flour together.

3Pour in margarine and stir.

4Add milk, vanilla and beaten eggs and stir. (Stir in coconut, if desired.)

5Pour into greased and floured baking dish (9 x 11-inch) and bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
