- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 475°.

2Heat milk and butter in a double boiler, just until butter melts.

3Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla and add to milk mixture.

4Pour into a 10-inch pie crust.

5(I use crust from dairy counter, not frozen).

6Cook at 475° for 5 minutes.

7Turn temperature to 425° and cook 15 minutes more.

8Do not open oven door while cooking!
