  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. milk
  • butter

Directions

    Heat milk until skim forms.

    Beat eggs and mix with sugar, salt and vanilla.

    Add milk to egg mixture.

    Pour into baking dish and dot with butter.

    Bake at 475° for 15 minutes.
