  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten until foamy

Directions

    Bring to boil sugar, milk, vanilla and salt.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

    Bake at 450° until custard thickens and pie shell browns.
