  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 large can cream
  • 8 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • vanilla
  • small amount of lemon extract
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Place milk and cream in a boiler and heat.

    Do not boil.

    Set aside.

    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.

    Pour milk into this mixture.

    Pour into 2 pie shells.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until middle is done.
