- 1 qt. milk
- 1 large can cream
- 8 eggs, beaten well
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- vanilla
- small amount of lemon extract
- 2 unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Place milk and cream in a boiler and heat.

2Do not boil.

3Set aside.

4Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.

5Pour milk into this mixture.

6Pour into 2 pie shells.

7Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until middle is done.
