  • 4 eggs (whole)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix beaten eggs and sugar.

    Add hot milk and pour into a large pie shell. Bake at 350° about 30 to 45 minutes (until crust is brown).

    You may put dots of butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
