  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Blend in dry ingredients. Add melted butter and milk; mix well. Pour into a pastry shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
