- 1 c. sugar (less 3 Tbsp.)
- dash of salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and salt.

2Add three eggs and beat.

3Add three more eggs and beat.

4Add milk.

5Pour into uncooked crust and cook 10 minutes at 450°.

6Turn heat down to 325° and bake 25 minutes longer until set.

7If desired, sprinkle top with nutmeg just before baking.
