- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- ground nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In medium bowl combine milk, water, salt and vanilla.

3Add eggs and mix well. Pour into crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 300° and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
