  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • ground nutmeg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    In medium bowl combine milk, water, salt and vanilla.

    Add eggs and mix well. Pour into crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
