- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar until thick and heavy.

2Add milk, vanilla and salt.

3Mix well.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300°.

5Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake for 45 minutes or until knife is clean when tested.
