  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add remaining ingredients and place into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

    Bake until done.

    Remove when golden brown.
