- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions

1Cream the sugar, butter and cornstarch.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Add milk, vanilla and nutmeg.

4Mix well.

5Pour in pie shells.

6Bake at 425° for 15 minutes; turn oven to 325° and bake 20 minutes longer.
