Egg Drop Soup

  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans consomme
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Heat consomme to boiling point.

    Beat eggs until very light. Stir soup rapidly with fork and pour egg slowly into boiling soup until egg is shredded and cooked in long strings.

    Serve into warmed bowls. Makes 2 or 3 servings.
