  • 4 cup water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 stock green onions, finely diced

Directions

    Boil 4 cups water and add chicken bouillon cubes.

    Stir until dissolved and heat to boil.

    Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup water, and pour into the pot of chicken broth.

    Add sesame oil to the pot as well.

    Slowly pour beaten egg into the boiling broth, while stirring in one direction.

    Remove from heat immediately.

    Top with diced green onions, enjoy!
