- 4 cup water
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 stock green onions, finely diced
Directions

1Boil 4 cups water and add chicken bouillon cubes.

2Stir until dissolved and heat to boil.

3Mix corn starch with 1/4 cup water, and pour into the pot of chicken broth.

4Add sesame oil to the pot as well.

5Slowly pour beaten egg into the boiling broth, while stirring in one direction.

6Remove from heat immediately.

7Top with diced green onions, enjoy!
