- 3 c. soup stock (chicken or pork)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. green onion or fresh spinach, chopped
Directions

1Bring soup stock to a boil.

2Stir in cornstarch mixture and continue stirring until slightly thickened.

3As you stir thickened stock, slowly pour in egg mixture.

4Add soy sauce and sesame oil, then add green onion or spinach.

5Serve immediately.
