- 3 c. seasoned chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Heat the chicken broth in pan.

2Combine cornstarch and cold water and stir until smooth.

3Stir into hot chicken broth and cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

4Beat egg with whisk until frothy.

5Gently stir into simmering broth and turn off heat immediately.

6Egg should float like a cloud to surface. Serve immediately.
