- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
Directions

1Sift first 3 ingredients together.

2Stir in oil, egg, milk and parsley.

3Drop by tablespoonful onto boiling chicken or turkey soup.

4Reduce heat and cook slowly 10 minutes, uncovered, and 10 minutes, covered.
