- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 sq. frozen hash browns
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1 c. grated Swiss, Monterey or Jack cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook sausage until brown; drain.

2Place in shallow dish.

3In same pan, saute potatoes in butter until brown.

4Place potatoes over sausage.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over cheese.

7Bake 1 hour at 350° until done.
