- 12 ounces long grain rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- green onion shredded, to garnish
Directions

1Cook rice in boiling salted water for 15 mins. Drain. Rinse with boiling water. Set aside.

2Heat oil in a wok. Whisk eggs with 1-2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour into pan and cook, without stirring, for 1 min. Using a spatula, break up egg gently and cook for a few seconds more. Add rice. Season. Heat for 1 min.

3Garnish with green onion.
