- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. flour
- water
Directions

1Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water.

2Boil for 10 minutes, then peel and cut up.

3In another saucepan, place milk, oleo, salt and pepper.

4Make a thin paste of flour and water.
-
5Add to milk and oleo.

6Add chopped eggs and stir until thickened. Serve over potatoes.

7Delicious with fish.
