- 1 slice bread
- 1 egg
- butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Tear an egg size hole in the middle of the bread.

2Grease the top of the hot tin-can stove with margarine.

3Lay bread on the stove and break the egg into the hole of the bread.

4Cook until egg begins to harden on the bottom and bread turns brown underneath. Insert pancake turner under to peek; put more margarine on the stove top.

5Turn over the bread and egg to cook the other side. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Remove to a plate to eat.
