  • 100 grams flour
  • 50 grams butter
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well

    Wrap it with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set

    Preheat oven to 170C or 338F

    Take the dough from the fridge, roll it into 5 mm thickness

    Cut out into bear shape or any shape you like

    Bake for 10 - 15 minutes

    Let it cool completely and decorate with royal icing
