Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 qt. milk and heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. rum extract
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in blender.

    Place in freezer until ready to serve.

    Just before serving, blend enough vanilla ice cream to mixture in blender to make it thick and serve in cold cups.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
