Egg Nog Bread Pudding

- 3/4 lb. bread
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 32 oz. eggnog
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. instant Espresso coffee
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- powdered sugar
- ice cream
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and cut bread into 1-inch chunks. Coarsely chop chocolate and toss with bread in a pan.

2In large bowl, whisk eggnog, half and half, sugar, coffee and eggs.

3Pour this over the bread and dot with butter.

4Set dish in large roaster and place on oven rack.

5Fill roaster with water halfway up the side of baking dish.

6Bake 1 hour until a knife blade comes out clean.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar serving warm with ice cream topping.

8Oven temperature should be 325° for baking.
