- 1/2 lb. (12 slices) Canadian bacon
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 10 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Arrange bacon overlapping along bottom and up sides of casserole about 8 1/4 inches in diameter and at least 6-cup capacity.

3Top bacon with cheese.

4In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.

5Pour over cheese in casserole and dot with sour cream.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes until eggs are firmly set in center.

7Serve immediately.

8Serves 6 to 8. Great for holiday brunches.
