- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Wash rice thoroughly; drain.

2Place chicken stock and salt in a deep pot; heat to boiling point.

3Add rice slowly. Cook, covered for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. The rice should absorb all of the liquid.

4Add seasonings, butter, and slightly beaten eggs.

5Beat 2 minutes, serve at once.
