Egg Potato Pie

Directions

   Brown sausage in a skillet.

   Fry potatoes in same skillet. Mix eggs and cheese in a bowl.

   Pour eggs and cheese over potatoes and sausage.

   Do not mix.

   Cover; cook on medium/low heat until eggs are done.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Serves 4 or 5.
