- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) can deviled ham
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 12 slices bread
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
Directions

1Boil eggs and cool.

2Remove shells and rinse.

3Chop finely and place in a small bowl.

4Add deviled ham, mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.

5Mix well; set aside.

6Remove crust from bread slices. Cut into halves.

7Spread 1/4 teaspoon softened butter on each half.

8Place each half slice in separate cup of a mini-muffin pan, conforming to cup shape.

9Fill each slice with one tablespoon of egg and ham mixture.

10Garnish with paprika.

11Broil about 5 to 6 inches from heat until bread is toasted and filling is heated, about 3 minutes.
