Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces, drained
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. cubed ham (precooked)
- 7 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Microwave margarine, mushrooms and onion for 2 minutes.

2Place 1/2 cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Top with mushroom-onion mixture; add ham and remaining cheese.

4Mix eggs, milk, flour and seasonings.

5(May have to use mixer to mix in flour.)

6Pour egg mixture over ingredients in dish.

7Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Makes 10 servings.
