- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1 cabbage
- 2 carrot sticks
- 1 onion
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g./Accent
Directions

1Shred cabbage and carrots.

2Cut up onion; add to carrots and cabbage.

3Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

4Combine all ingredients.

5Cook over low heat until cabbage is soft.

6Set it aside and let cool.

7Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in the center of the egg roll wrapper.

8Roll and deep fry until golden brown.
