- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 5 green onions (white and green parts)
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 cup cabbage
- 3 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos, amino
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions

1Heat sesame seed oil in large skillet over medium heat.

2Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions. Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

3Add the ground pork, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and Sriracha or garlic chili sauce. Saute until pork is cooked through.

4Add the coleslaw mix, coconut aminos or soy sauce, and rice wind vinegar. Saute until coleslaw is tender.

5Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
