  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 2 (12 oz. each) boxes brown rice
  • 1 chicken, deboned
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 2 pkg. egg roll wrappers

Directions

    Cook cabbage, onions and bean sprouts in a little oil until soft.

    Cook rice by directions.
  3. 3
    Boil chicken and debone.
  4. 4
    Mix all cooked ingredients well.

    Get oil hot.

    Put a tablespoon of mixture in middle of each wrapper and roll one side of wrapper over one time, then the two sides, then the other side.

    Lay rolled side down on plate until you put it in the oil.

    Cook until brown.
