- 1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 1/2 c. chopped shrimp
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked pork
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- garlic
- soy sauce to taste
- 7 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 doz. egg roll skins
Directions

1Bring celery and cabbage to boil.

2Drain.

3Cook shrimp and pork in fat 4 minutes.

4Add celery and cabbage.

5Add soy sauce, chestnuts, green onion and garlic.

6Cook 6 minutes.

7Roll in skins and fry.

8Serve with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
