- 1 lb. ground beef or 7 oz. can chicken
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. partially cooked cabbage
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. egg roll wraps
Directions

1Brown beef lightly in butter.

2Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes in wok or heavy skillet.

3Drain and cool. Place a heaping tablespoonful in middle of wrap.

4Spread to half of roll.

5Roll according to package.

6Deep fry until lightly golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).

7Serve with favorite seafood sauce (sweet and sour).
